Bio-Productions have been producing biological compounds since 1986, initially for
the treatment of industrial and agricultural effluents. The technology was adapted
and the first user friendly, enzyme based, drain un- blocker was created. This was
marketed by a leading plc and successfully replaced some of the dangerous caustic
and acid
products sold into the domestic market. The company then began formulating a range
of less hazardous biological products for use in schools and institutions where
the
selection of safer chemicals is important.
Bio-Productions now manufacture a range of environmentally sympathetic cleaning
products for the professional cleaning industry and provide safer, viable solutions
to cleaning and maintenance problems.
Stapro began as a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service and in 1972
began
formulating cleaning compounds for in-house use through necessity. Because of demand
Stapro gradually diversified into full-time production of carpet and upholstery cleaning
and protection products. Today, Stapro’s highly acclaimed range is supplied to independent
and blue chip businesses nationally and internationally. Stapro was one of the earliest
companies to be accredited with ISO 9002 Quality Assurance Certification. Bio-Productions
and Stapro were amalgamated in 2000 and now supply a complete range of professional
cleaning compounds from the manufacturing facility in West Sussex. Own branding remains
an important area and our technical department and sales team can assist with product
development, back up and product training as required. Whatever your requirements

processes may effect our environment, the management and staff are committed to continual
review and improvement wherever possible in an effort to reduce such impact regardless
of
legislation or minimum standards. Bio-Productions will continue to source sustainable
energy
whenever practical and constantly review and implement improvements in energy efficiency.
The products manufactured by Bio-Productions are continually assessed for their impact
upon
the environment from conception to disposal and consideration is given to all aspects
of their
use and discharge. Bio-Productions constantly re-evaluates waste and has procedures
for
collection and recycling, as well as a programme for technological improvements and
streamlining operations to reduce energy consumption,including transportation to
and from our manufacturing site. We at Bio-Productions continually self-evaluate
our performance whilst also keeping a watch on changing legislation and policies
world-wide. We do not have the exclusivity on environmental ideas - nor exclusive
use of the environment.
